Our Partners

Sitgreaves Community Development is fortunate to maintain an extensive and diverse list of partnerships that span local, regional, state, and national levels. Our success and opportunities are directly attributable to these diverse and brilliant collaborations. We emphasize the significance of reaching across our respective areas of focus, recognizing the critical role that our partnerships play in the accomplishments and impact of our two rural counties.

The White Mountain Coalition Against Homelessness (WMCAH), now DBA White Mountain Victory Village (WMVV), was established in 2015 by several churches, agencies, and concerned citizens to serve the homeless population of Northeastern Arizona with a Hand-up rather than a Hand-out. The Coalition’s Transitional Housing offers a 90-day, live-in program to help those suffering from homelessness by providing help with shelter, food, and the tools to become self-sufficient; rather, we operate recovering from the stigma and difficulties of being homeless.

CareAZ

Careaz.org

Our mission is to inspire and support individuals and families in the communities we serve to live healthy, happy, fulfilling lives free from the devastating effects of substance use. Our philosophy is that substance use disorder is a treatable disease with the right combination of care. We believe that stigma makes addiction worse. Many people refuse to seek help in their struggles due to stigma. To us, this is unacceptable. Therefore, we are actively engaged in the fight against stigma, and we firmly believe and declare that together, we can eliminate stigma and be a community strong.
